Delivery Areas
New Fashion currently offers delivery services only in Pakistan. Unfortunately, we inform our international customers that delivery outside of Pakistan is currently not available.
Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for orders within Pakistan is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this lead time is an estimate and the actual delivery time may vary depending on factors such as location, local courier services and external circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
After your order has been successfully placed completed, our team will begin to confirm, pack and ship the order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from the order confirmation date. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delays and shipping delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment This way you can track the progress of your order and estimate the expected delivery date. You can also login to your New Fashion Trend account to view your order tracking information.
Deliveries
Our courier partners will try multiple times to deliver your order to the delivery address provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message and you may have the option to delay the delivery time or pick up the order at the specified location.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after the order has been successfully delivered. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time or have any questions about the delivery status, please contact our customer service at support@newfashiontrend.pk.
